Long Stem Broccoli Bastone fits into the same class as the Registered and Trademarked variety Tenderstem. Bastone has very attractive stems with beautiful domed heads that can be used for both export and local markets. Bastone is rich in Vitamins and Iron and is widely adaptable thus making its mark in the culinary world. Bastone is ready to harvest 60-70 days from planting and picking for 4-6 weeks makes it an excellent choice. We recommend planting Bastone at a density of between 40-45m per Ha.

Long Stem Candelabrum


Long Stem Broccoli Candelabrum is a trailblazer in its field as the first commercial purple long stem broccoli available in South Africa. Candelabrum fits into the same class as Menorah but only with purple curds against Menoras green curds. Candelabrum is widely adaptable and making its mark in the culinary world. Ready to harvest 55-60 days from planting and picking for 4-6 weeks makes it a valuable asset. We recommend planting Candelabrum at a density of between 40-45m per Ha.
