In the Chinese Cabbage stable we have 3 different varieties. Bishop that is a 2kg Green Chinese Cabbage with Dm, Club Root, Soft Rot, Bolting resistance. Cardinal that is a Red Chinese Cabbage of 2 kg. Mystique which is a Baby Chinese Cabbage growing up to a maximum size of 1kg.

Pointed Sirocco

Sirocco is our Pointed Cabbage which matures at a weight of 1 - 1.5kg and takes roughly 50 - 60 days to do so. Tolerant to YR and BR. Small habit which allows a higher plant stand.

Red Pearl

Red Pearl is a mature round head red cabbage which takes between 70 and 80 days to mature in the summer growing season. Red Pearl can be planted in the cool season and should take approximately 10 - 20 days more to mature and will retain its round heads. Red Pearl has excellent field tolerance and has good bolting tolerance.

Template is a Summer Cabbage. It has a compact plant and a round, rock hard head that weighs between 3 – 4 kg. Template matures in approximately 75 - 80 days. Template has YR and BR resistance and handles heat very well.
