Colours

In the coloured Cauliflower range we have Island, Jessica and Macarena. Island has purple curds and takes on average 190 days to mature. Jessica is a lime coloured romanesco that matures in around 140 days. Macarena is a green cauliflower that matures in around 140 days. All 3 of the above mentioned products can be seeded for open field production at a density of between 35000 and 45000 seeds per hectare.

Cornibus

Cornibus is a loose head Cauliflower that produces a large head with long stems that easily gets cut into loose florets.

Figaro

Figaro is well suited as a mature hot season Cauliflower. It is also ideal as a baby. Figaro takes on average 50 - 65 days as a baby and 75-80 days fully mature. The head of Figaro is brilliant white and has tight wrapper leaves. Figaro shows some resistance to BR.

Gonzales

Gonzales is a baby Cauliflower. Gonzales takes on average 50 - 55 days before being picked as a baby. Gonzales has a snow white curd and has good wrapper leaves protecting against sunburn.

Vassalo

Vassallo is well suited as a mature cool season Cauliflower. It is also ideal as a baby. Vassallo takes on average 50 - 65 days as a baby and 75 fully mature. Vassallo is snow white and has tight wrapper leaves.

Verdissimo is a green Romanesco well suited to both baby and mature fruits. Verdissimo shows field tolerance to Fusarium.
