Birds Eye Decline

Decline falls into the bird eye class of hot pepper and measures 60-65 mm in length by 10-11 mm thick. When seeded in the cooler months Decline remains within the Export spec size. Decline is an exceptionally hot pepper which has flavour and is surprisingly tasty. Decline is tolerant to BW.

Birds Eye Ferocity

Ferocity falls between the Large Birdseye and Thai class measuring 70–90 mm long by 10– 13 mm thick with roughly 350000 scoville units. Ferocity has good holding capabilities with excellent quality and flavour. The fruit on Ferocity starts as a deep vibrant green and turns to a dark shiny red colour when ripe and bears an exceptional yield. Ferocity can be planted at around 35000 seeds per Ha and shows very good field disease tolerances.

Birds Eye Firecracker

Firecracker falls in the Birdseye class measuring 60mm long by 8 mm thick. Firecracker has good holding capabilities with excellent fruit quality and flavour.
