Skate

Skate is a hybrid spinach with slightly elongated spoon shaped leaf suitable for cooler season production due to its bolting tolerance. Skate has a nice dark deep green colour with extremely thick leaves. Skate takes approximately 50–55 days to start harvesting and has resistance to Dm 1–7, 11, 13, 15 and 16.
